Job Overview

Job Description

  • Installation and maintenance of various software

    • (Example: Windows10, Internet Explorer, MS-Office, Office365, etc.)

  • Installation and maintenance of various hardware

    • (Example: Desktop, laptop, thin client, monitor, mobile device Vise, printer, etc.)

  • Various system troubleshooting / Responding to user inquiries
  • System renewal / update / migration support

Requirement

  • Having 1~3 years of Technical Support experience. Having IT related degree would be a plus, but not required
  • Supporting internal users on hardware and software, expertise in IT infrastructure would be great
  • Conversational level English preferred
  • Retail / E-Commerce industry experience would be good, but not required
