Job Overview
Responsibilities
● Asset management of all IT-related equipment and computers.
● Ensure efficiency of installed systems in the office and of applications on user devices.
● Troubleshoot incidents and keep our systems updated following HQ instructions.
● Define project scope, estimate resources, create and maintain project plans including time and budget requirements, and set deadlines.
● Vendor negotiation and management.
● Deliver the project within the project budget and project timeline.
● Ensure compliance with all IT-related policies (Cybersecurity, Data privacy, Disaster Recovery Plan).
● Onboarding and offboarding of new employees and retirees on IT-related matters.
Required Skills and Experience
● Diploma/degree in computer engineering/science or information technology related courses.
● Experience supporting office IT operations.
● End-user technical support experience.
● Basic network troubleshooting experience (ISP, Phones, SD-WAN, Meraki, Zscaler, etc.)
● Business level in both English and Japanese (Good English level is mandatory to get training from international teams in France, China, Singapore)
