Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to both technical and non-technical end users
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems and application software
- Troubleshooting system problems and solving hardware/software issues
- Providing support via e-mail or over the telephone, and onsite if necessary
- Escalating and communicating with R&D team
- Business trips within Japan if needed
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, basic to intermediate knowledge of networks and database systems
- Great problem solving skills and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese (JLPT1, fluent or native speaker) and English (Business Level, able to read, write and speak)
- 2-3 years previous working experience, preferably in a technical field
