Job Description
- Installation and maintenance of various software
- Installation and maintenance of various hardware
- Various system troubleshooting / Responding to user inquiries
- System renewal / update / migration support
(Example: Windows10, Internet Explorer, MS-Office, Office365, etc.)
(Example: Desktop, laptop, thin client, monitor, mobile device Vise, printer, etc.)
Requirement
- Having 1~3 years of Technical Support experience. Having IT related degree would be a plus, but not required
- Supporting internal users on hardware and software, expertise in IT infrastructure would be great
- Conversational level English preferred
- Retail / E-Commerce industry experience would be good, but not required
