Responsibilities

Team Management

• Member development and management




Design work

• User research with a qualitative and quantitative approach
• User insight definition
• User segmentation definition
• Customer journey formulation
• Communication design
• Information architecture design
• Navigation design
• Rapid prototyping




Product Management Business

• Identifying and analyzing business issues
• Design and planning of solutions
• Setting and monitoring goals and KPI
• AB test design
• PDCA operation

Requirements

[MUST]

• Minimum 5 years of work experience related to UX design, CX design, service design
• Experience designing and building web services such as commerce sites
• Deep knowledge of human-centered design, usability, and accessibility
• Experience using prototype tools such as Sketch and Figma
• Business Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher), business level English ability (TOEIC 750 or higher)




[WANT]

• Cognitive science, information design, or degree related to this
• Deep knowledge of material design and Apple human interface guideline
• Product construction experience with design system
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Analysis work experience using analytics tools
• App design, design experience
• Project experience in agile environment such as scrum
• Experience collaborating with overseas project members
