Job Description
- Guest support (schedule management and coordination)
- Coordination of work related to SNS
- Supporting the guest for promotion video shooting, event appearances, etc.
- Sample merchandise management/distribution
- Contacting overseas vendors via E-mail (in English)
- Contact with talent agents (schedule confirmation, communication of product information, etc.)
- On-air preparation with merchandise department and guest training team
Requirements
- Great communication skills and team work
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task
- Ability to adjust and explain the schedule accurately
- Those who can ensure confidentiality
- Those who are good at admin work
- PC Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
