● 【Contract Review】Drafting and negotiation on NDA, Business Agreement (Payload Service Agt., Data Service Agt., Launch Service Agt. etc.), Consulting Agt., Purchase Agt., Labor Related Contracts, Finance Related Contracts in Japanese and English
● 【Compliance】Drafting and Management of Internal Rules (Japanese and English), Internal e-learning Training (Japnese and English)
● 【Shareholder's Mtg.】Drafting legal documents and legal registration
● 【Board of Directors Mtg.】Drafting BOD minutes of subsidiary in Japan and legal registration
● 【Stock Option】Legal registration of Stock Option Exercise with cooperation with HR
● 【Intellectual Property】Filing application to registration of intellectual property with overseas subsidiaries' cooperation
● 【Permission】Support to obtain government permission
● 【Support to Overseas Subsidiary】Support to overseas subsidiaries' business contracts and disputes which will give critical impact
● 【Litigation, Disputes】Handling litigation and disputes (including support to oversea subsidiaries
● 【Cooperation with Specialist】Cooperation with external lawyers, Shiho Shoshi and IP attorney (Benrishi)
Required Skills and Experience
● Graduation from the Faculty of Law in Japanese University or Law School
● More than 5 years of corporate legal experience at a business company, English proficiency (business level), contract drafting skills in Japanese and English, contract negotiation skills in Japanese and English, handling of shareholder meetings and board of directors in accordance with Japanese corporate law, global communication skills, flexibility, maturity, proactive mindset
