Partner Business Development Section Manager

This is an exciting opportunity with a global insurance company in Tokyo. The Partner Business Operations Department is responsible for building partnerships, managing insurance agents, and promoting sales, and is mainly responsible for agency sales activities, which are the core of the business, and is also in charge of related expenses and budget management. In addition, the department explores the possibility of partnering with various companies regardless of industry, select and realize strategic alliance candidates that provide added value to customers and increase the company’s corporate value.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibility for Results (Accountability)
Topline contribution
・ Planning and execution of various measures to achieve departmental goals
・ Business budget formulation. Creation of various reports
・ Accompanying sales as needed

Expense budget management, sales promotion planning
・ Expense management
・ Approval of business strategy review
・ Verification of the effectiveness of each measure

New partnership development
・ Understanding company strategy and forming partnerships with various companies regardless of industry

Team management
・ Team lead and member development, guidance and support

Requirements

■ Specialized knowledge and work experience
・Team management experience
・Non-life insurance products and sales knowledge
・Sales experience in the advertising and marketing fields
・Experience handling E-commerce products
・Sales policy planning and execution experience
・Logical presentation skills (including document creation skills using PPT)

■ Qualifications and educational background
・College graduate or above

■ Language skills
・Reading and writing English emails/documents, daily communication level conversation skills (TOEIC score of 650 or higher is a plus)
