Job Overview
Responsibilities
- As a member of the Communication & Community Department, you will make full use of social media and execute marketing strategies
- Explore and devise areas of learning and opportunities through analysis of the results of social media measures
- Effectively use social media to raise awareness of our brand and attract more customers
- Planning and execution of our video social marketing and content marketing strategies
- Working closely with e-commerce teams, creative teams, and other related departments
- Manage your customer service strategy through social media
- Social marketing optimization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related field. Experience from media agencies would be highly preferred, but not mandatory
- Social media expertise
- Deep understanding and detailed knowledge of how to use social media
- Social media video content expertise
- Creative, positive mindset
- Collaboration and communication skills with other departments
- Good strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong interest and admiration for our business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
- 2-year or 4-year college graduation or above
- Native level Japanese and Business level or above English skills
