職務概要

ビジネスデベロップメントスペシャリスト(ホールセール)

世界的なスポーツ小売企業が、経験豊富な卸売事業開発スペシャリストを東京で募集しています。

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be developing and building strong and meaningful relationships with Wholesale partners to drive continuous growth aligned with the brand positioning and strategy. The partners will include multi-sports retailers, sports/outdoor retailers, online retailers, touch-point partners, such as camp ground operators, and B2B corporates / organizations

職務内容

    ● Research the market to identify prospective new partners that map to the brand portfolio and meet the partner qualifications.
    ● Identify target contacts and decision makers inside target companies and establish contact via cold calling, email outreach, and other means, as necessary.
    ● With the Legal Team, both global and local, establish contractual partnership with partners.
    ● With local Marketing & Communication Team, co-develop pitch decks, product presentation materials and in-store marketing materials that clearly align the brand value proposition.
    ● Agree and negotiate commercial terms.
    ● Support the day to day management of partners
    ● Take partner orders, consolidate feedback, order entry, prepare and send order confirmations
    ● Ensure that partner orders are compliant with quantity & price agreements, and that there's enough stock to answer to the orders
    ● New account set ups and link with the distribution center for end to end process on compliance and shipping
    ● Create cost price sheets per product, per partner, ensuring a mutually sustainable level of margin
    ● Review the performances per product in the range and adapt when necessary to manage availability/profitability
    ● Support with replenishment and dropship performance
    ● Work within the wholesale project team to help to improve processes & tools to boost efficiency within the business
    ● Negotiating and follow up merchandising
    ● Co-build the permanent, seasonal offer according to the global sales, market demands, and partners capacity
    ● Organize monthly business meetings with account(s) and sales director/regional wholesale leader to review performances

必要なスキルと経験

    ● Minimum 5 years' experience ideally in a wholesale, sports, outdoor or fashion retail environment
    ● Professional knowledge on the sport market, competitors, and trends in the sports industry.
    ● Advanced analytical skill, problem solving, process/project management; strategic awareness & thinking
    ● Capability of developing new ideas, considers potential outcomes and initiating action plans
    ● Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
    ● Able to present facts, opinions and proposals persuasively
    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    ● Native level Japanese and Business level English
    ● University degree in related areas
