Job Overview

Key Account Field Sales

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to be part of the high-touch sales organization within the enterprise division of a major global IT manufacturing and vendor company.

Responsibilities

    ● This is a high-touch sales role with a focus on new business for large companies.
    ● Form account teams with internal sales, pre-sales, and SEs to strengthen relationships with customers through teamwork and propose optimal services and devices according to their business issues. Propose the most suitable services and devices to meet the customer's business issues.
    ● We will propose not only hardware, but also service menus and devices to meet the customer's issues.
    We will also make proposals including devices, not only for hardware, but also for service menus tailored to the customer's issues, and conduct high-touch sales to major private companies.
    ● Negotiate not only with end-users but also with business partners.
    ● This is a commission-based sales position where sales results are measured on a quarterly basis.
    ● Products handled
    - PCs, Tablets
    - Cloud, Microsoft Licensing (O365) proposals (e.g. Auto Pilot proposals)
    - Solution proposals for PCs and tablets on a subscription model, LCM, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

    ● Three years of experience in corporate sales of B2B products (IT industry experience is not required).
    ● Able to understand the business and issues of the clients they are in charge of, and to create and execute action plans.
    ● Native Japanese speaker. Ability to work independently and autonomously.

    ● IT industry experience
    ● Business English
    ● High-touch sales experience to major corporate clients
    ● Personal computer and server storage sales experience
    ● Sales operation experience at a foreign IT vendor
