We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure leader who can oversee local IT infrastructure for a global European solutions company in Tokyo. This is a hands-on role where you will manage infrastructure at the local offices, datacenter and communicate closely with global IT teams.
● You will develop and promote infrastructure strategies
● Communicate in English with the parent company to align with the Group's
● IT strategy Infrastructure design/construction work and team management (task management, progress management, member training, etc.)
● Operation and maintenance of existing IT infrastructure to ensure stable operation of services
● Experience in designing and building IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, OS, DB, cloud, etc.)
● Good knowledge of servers, storage, and networking, or at least 3-5 years of experience in production environment operation and maintenance
● Experience leading teams to deliver results, regardless of title
● Ability to communicate in English (to a level that allows for meetings in English in specialized fields)
● Fluent level or higher in Japanese communication
● Prepare documentation in English and Japanese
● Experience in IT infrastructure for web applications
● Experience in IT infrastructure as an in- house SE
