UI/UX ウェブデザイナー

UI/UX Wed Designer with a global sports retailer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a bilingual international environment in Tokyo with a leading sports goods manufacturer that is undergoing expansion in Japan.

You will be part of a strong Ecommerce team, composed of web marketers, UX/UI designer, traffic manager, and technical project manager. Working collectively on the project, you will design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc. As an UI/UX Designer you will help to create the best user experience on the e-commerce website and other channels to help increase customer satisfaction and conversion.

職務内容

● Evaluate the usability of existing user flows and recommend thoughtful design changes when appropriate.
● Produce appealing visual content in collaboration with graphic designer and web marketing team.
● Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, buttons, search fields and widgets.
● Ensure branding consistency by following and updating branding visual guidelines.
● Analyze and debrief KPIs and user data specific to designs and UI (pageviews, CTR, etc.) and set action plans to drive traffic and conversion and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
● Optimize conversion, through UX optimization in collaboration with graphic designers and web marketers.
● Content production and modification of product pages, landing pages, and overseas content localization.
● Collaborate on planning of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, personalization, social media, etc.) with web marketers.
● Collaboration with teams from other countries.

必要なスキル

● Enjoy and practice sports regularly (no minimum sports level nor frequency required).
● Excellent skills with design and photo-editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
● Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, composition, and UI/UX design principles.
● Experience using E-commerce Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Shopify, Magento or Wordpress.
● Basic skills in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, Liquid and JS) is a strong plus.
● Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills - native level in Japanese and business level in English
