職務概要

職務内容

  • 各種ソフトウエアのインストール、メンテナンス

    • （例：Windows10、Internet Explorer、MS-Office、Office365他）

  • 各種ハードウエアの設置、メンテナンス

    • （例：デスクトップ、ラップトップ、シンクライアント、モニター、モバイルデバイス、プリンター他）

  • 各種システムトラブル・ユーザ問い合わせ対応
  • システム更改・移行対応

応募資格

  • テクニカルサポート業務経験3年程度、又はIT学士号に加え1年程度のテクニカルサポート業務の経験
  • ITインフラにおける標準的なエンドユーザーハードウエア、ソフトウエア専門知識
  • 会話レベルの英語力
